Precision Construction Services is thrilled to announce the newest addition to the team, Erica Fay! As our first Project Administrator, Erica will be forming processes and procedures to effectively verify and track project-related documents (invoices, certified payroll, receipts, insurance certs, etc.). We are eager for Erica to own this system and further develop it to ensure a smooth project delivery for all involved team members.
Erica’s background in the construction industry and payroll experience complements the Project Administrator work she will be conducting for Precision. For the last seven years, she has been involved with handling subcontractor billings and internal company payroll. Erica also has 5 years of experience as acting as a Human Resources assistant handling insurance paperwork and monitoring payroll errors and processed payments for federal and state taxes, social security, and medicare for various employees. Her well-rounded background in this field will greatly enhance the Construction Division, and we look forward to having her join our team.
When we asked Erica what she was most excited about, this is what she had to say: “I am excited about the opportunity as a whole. Precision is offering me an opportunity to learn and introduce me to the logistics of the construction side of a company which will help further my career. I’m excited to challenge myself as well as help the company grow and become more successful with the information I can bring to the table.”
In her personal time, Erica and her five-year-old daughter enjoy the outdoors and amusement parks. Whether it is lounging at the beach, hiking, touring zoos across California, or exploring all Disneyland has to offer, Erica and her daughter appreciate the memories that come with these activities.
